After his career came to a halt, Minister Slugger realized that there was a missing piece to the puzzzle of his life & career. With producing tracks for many well known artists, Minister Slugger assumed that he was on his way up, especially after producing a track on LIl'Flip's platinum cd UNDAGROUND LEGEND. He then relealized that he was not going to prosper, because he was running from GOD's call for him to preach. On November 9. 2003 Minister Slugger surrendered to the call of GOD & hence forth is known as MINISTER SLUGGER. Bringing the same pounding beats that he was producing for non-Christian rap artists, he still packs that same punch on the tracks for CHRIST.
