God is so good, after six years of discipleship and training in the department of corrections, I came out with a new found motivation. JESUS. I dont desire the old life at all, my goal is to glorify God in all I do and see young men and women snatched off the road of destruction. The music we present to everyone is ministry minded music. We see the mic as a pulpit, a chance to preach Christ, so leaders and upcoming leaders, dont water down the gospel because it is the power of the gospel that will save souls. God Bless you..

Good Morning! Saturday afternoon, Steve, Calvin and Juan (Christ-like Records), plus Denise and I, ministered to the young people at the Spring Creek Youth Service's Center through Scripture reading, testimony and music. 75 young people stood, declaring their commitment to submit to Jesus in three areas to His calling of "Come to me" in Matthew 11:28-30: 1)Commitment to Sincerity in their response; 2)Commitment to Service - To be "others-centered" rather than "self-centered"; 3)Commitment to Study - To learn and to grow in their spiritual lives. Please pray diligently for these young people. Pray that this is not just a "jail-house" response or simply a religious exercise for them. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will turn their world upside down and inside out. Each of those standing were instructed to look around the room at the others who were standing and commit to holding each other accountable to their commitment. Many of these young people have, for most of their lives, had ungodly role-models who have taught them right is wrong and wrong is right (see 2 Peter 3;3 and Jude 1: 17-19). One Biblical term for these "teachers" is "scoffers" who mock the moral law of God and actually teach disobedience to God. "But you must remember, beloved, the predictions of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ. They said to you, ' "In the last time there will be scoffers, following their own ungodly passions." ' It is these who cause divisions, worldly people, devoid of the Spirit. But you, beloved, build yourselves up in your most holy faith; pray in the Holy Spirit; keep yourselves in the love of God, waiting for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ that leads to eternal life. And have mercy on those who doubt; save others by snatching them out of the fire; to others show mercy with fear, hating even the garment stained by the flesh." Jude 1:17-23 I also ask that you pray for the YFC volunteers who minister to these young people at Spring Creek each Sunday and Thursday, plus through special monthly services, sports ministry and mentoring. They will need the covering of the Holy Spirit as they remove the barriers that have been constructed in these kids lives by ungodly teaching and living. Also pray for all the staff at the youth facilities we serve, many who are very Godly people and care very much for these young people. They are with some difficult individuals and groups for many hours each day and I know they need your prayers. Thank you all for your partnership with me and YFC. Good Evening! This afternoon at Spring Creek Youth Services Center we hosted Calvin, Steven, Robert and Clarence of ChristLike Records. Some would call it Hip Hop. But it really was Praise Hop! 95 young people plus staff listened as these young men praised and glorified God through song and testimony. The boys and girls at Spring Creek truly came face to face with Jesus this afternoon. Please pray for the YFC volunteers who will be following up with these young people tomorrow (Sunday) and next Thursday evening. The enemy will try to cancel out the impact.
